Nobu Matsuhisa Residency At The Newly Opened French Riviera Airelles Saint-Tropez

The recently-opened Airelles Saint-Tropez was already set to become one of the world’s luxurious hotels, situated within the grand 19-century Chateau de la Messardiere and offering stunning views across the French riviera. However, if the Airelles Saint-Tropez did need a helping hand in topping the ‘Most Luxury’ lists it has certainty found its secret ingredient with the help from a very good friend: world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

The residency, which goes through to October 10th, will be named Matsuhisa Saint-Tropez and will offer guests a unique blend of Japanese-French fusion cuisine, with a particular focus on fresh seafood. The extensive menu will boast a selection of Matsuhisa’s legendary dishes and will feature an impressive selection of sake, along with a curated cocktail list, for the perfect culinary pairings – the very unique culinary experience that has allowed Matsuhisa to build his spectacular reputation and booming global empire of eateries.

Matsuhisa Airelles features minimal and sleek interiors, with a focus on surfaces that show off its gastronomic artistry. However, the main draw will be the stunning outdoor terrace, offering breath-taking views over Pampelonne Bay, where guests will be able to enjoy spectacular French Riviera sunsets, followed by Nobu’s haute cuisine under the stars.
