The entrance behind a bespoke tailor shop (think the movie series Kingsman) is the first clue that you are in for a unique evening. In this molecular gastronomy restaurant-slash-drinks lab, founder and head mixologist Seven Yi’s creations will surprise and delight. His experience as a classically trained chef of the Robuchon school is evident in the culinary craftmanship of the drinks and the canapés. The menu is highly seasonal and thematic and when it changes, so does the décor and music. A recent signature includes the deceptively simple looking Zen Tonic with oolong tea, kombu and tonic. There are two sittings a night, so make sure you book ahead.
