Previously known as Restaurant les Mandarines, the oldest mountain restaurant in France has a new identity and owner (Annie Famose Group) under the name “Chalet Sauvage” which opened on December 2022. Nestled directly on the Megève ski slopes, Chalet Sauvage possess a breathtaking 360 view, direct access to the ski lifts and a spectacular terrace.
The Group once again collaborated with Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon to create its gastronomic offer. Meilleur Ouvrier de France and three-Michelin stars for its restaurant The Epicure at the Bristol (Paris), the Chef proposes this time a smart mix between traditional savoyard meals and more contemporary flavors.
